Water Distribution System Improvements
This project involved complete water system planning for a 20-year period. Thonhoff Consulting Engineers (TCE) made all recommended plan improvements including construction of one new standpipe, two raised and renovated standpipes, and 12 miles of waterline. The project also provided for new and renovated water service connections to the City of Taylor, a connection to Manville WSC, and future planned water well sources within the Noack WSC CCN. TCE upgraded a water source, water storage, water treatment, and water distribution to serve the future 20-year design population.
