City of Burnet Master Plan Update 2002-2012
This project entailed updating the original City of Burnet Master Plan from 1992-2012. TCE evaluated the years 2002-2012 and updated all water, wastewater, and electric utility needs through 2012. We updated population projections, water use projections, wastewater flow projections, electrical use projections, growth patterns of the city, and land use projections. TCE recommended Capital Improvements Projects and provided cost projections for each project.
