Thonhoff Consulting Engineers worked as a subconsultant for Burns & Gill Architects, Inc. The project involved the construction, expansion, and renovation of the DeWitt County Jail to provide an 81-bed unit. TCE performed the civil site design for new parking and driveways, ADA compliance, grading and drainage, and water and wastewater utility service.
