Water and Wastewater Services to Annexed Areas Program
City of Austin
TCE’s Engineering Services Contract with the City of Austin involved performing four separate assignments or projects. Three projects required executing utility system evaluations and subsequent cost appraisals to allow the City to purchase private utility systems that had been annexed. The three projects were the Travis County WCID No. 14 Water System within the Village of Bee Caves ETJ, Technology Hydraulics, Inc. Private Wastewater Utility, and Davenport Ranch Shared Water Facilities. The fourth project was a complete engineering service project entailing construction of a new wastewater interceptor to relieve the Los Indios and Hunter’s Chase Lift Stations.
