16-Inch Northwest Water Transmission Line Burnet, Texas
This project involved design of a 16-inch water transmission main through the City of Burnet. The transmission main consisted of approximately 10,000 linear feet of ductile iron pipe used to supply additional water at higher pressure (1,570' MSL) to existing residential areas not meeting the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality minimum pressure requirements. In addition, this transmission main provides water to proposed developments in northern Burnet which are located in this higher pressure plane.
