Water and Wastewater Services to Annexed Areas Program

This Engineering Services Contract involved the performance of four separate projects. Three of the projects involved conducting utility system evaluations and subsequent cost appraisals to allow the City of Austin to purchase private utility systems that were annexed. The three projects involving utility cost appraisal were the Travis County WCID No. 14 Water System within the Village of Bee Caves ETJ; Technology Hydraulics, Inc. Private Wastewater Utility; and Davenport Ranch Shared Water Facilities.
The fourth project was a complete engineering service project to construct a new wastewater interceptor to relieve the Los Indios and Hunter’s Chase Lift Stations. The Los Indios project included construction of approximately 3,500 linear feet of 15-inch sewer interceptor to relieve both the Los Indios Lift Station and the Hunter’s Chase Lift Station.

Preliminary Engineering, Environmental Permitting, Utility Evaluation, Cost Appraisals, Final Design, Bid Phase Services and Construction Phase Services.
