Warm Springs Hospital Water System Improvements

Thonhoff Consulting Engineers upgraded the hospital’s public water system to meet TCEQ design criteria. The complete plant site was renovated by replacing all 50-year-old piping and electrical components. The existing ground storage tank was renovated and improved by adding appropriate concrete cover, vents, and manway. A new high service pump station with two pumps each rated 150 gpm at 150 feet TDH was included in the project. In addition, the existing 50,000 gallon elevated storage tank was renovated and repainted. New controls for the well and high service pumps are incorporated into the project.
